1. All coaches interested in being a head all-star coach should contact his particular age director. You can nominate yourself or be nominated by your peer coaches in your age group.

2. Age director will forward nominated coaches to the All-Star Committee.

3. Potential coaches will be interviewed by the All-Star Committee.

4. Upon completion of interviews the All-Star Committee will pick the Head All-Star coach.

5.  The All-Star committee will evaluate players with the coach, and will select the first 9 players.   The coach will have two picks of his own, but those picks must be justified to the committee.
