Recreation Baseball and Softball Coaching Selection Process:

All persons interested in coaching must contact their specific Age Director. Coaches are chosen by the Midway Athletic Club Board of Directors. Volunteering during registration, evaluations, and miscellaneous events is expected. This whole organization is made up of volunteers serving our young people. The factors below are used in determining our group of coaches.
 
  • Years of Service/Tenure
  • Preseason and seasonal volunteering
  • Coaching experience
  • Baseball experience     
  • Character
  • Interest in the well being of every youth on his or her team.
  • Past history within Midway Park
  • Passing criminal background check!!!
